Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Review

 Rated: M

My Rating: 7.5/10

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is a beautiful movie about loss and power. This movie is super powerful and meaningful. This movie is set right after T'Challa death. This movie took the Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman's Death really seriously.  Obviously this movie was re written to work around Chadwick's death, but overall I really love the new story. This movie is stunning to look at, and I think the story is perfect. This movie doesn't have or need unnecessary cameos and big twists. The film ends perfectly and leaves the audience craving more.

Shuri (Letia Wright) is amazing in this film. The way the studio has changed her character from being a tech savy nerd to a bad ass warrior.  I loved Namor (Tenoch Huerta) He is a character I was hoping was being added to the MCU for years and he didn't dissapoint.  I think the parallel story between the people of Wakanda and the people Namor cares for was amazing. The stylised battles between these 2 communities was just so co cinematic and enticing. Riri Williams/ Ironheart (Dominique Thorne) was an excellent addition to this film. She brought the light energy this film really needs. This movie uses comedy in perfect parts leading to a more watchable experience.

The Cgi in this film is great. Wakanda looked amazing and you can tell a lot of work had been put in it,

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever was all round great this is why I rate this film 7.5 out 10. This is because I really loved the story. The mix of how stunning and beautiful the film looks. My only let down is that I think the movie is too long.  Coming in at 2hrs and 41 minutes. The film felt almost dragged out but I was pleasantly surprised with how it ends. I recommend this movie to anyone watching the MCU.
